When I partially automated it and started keeping it electronically, they told me: it should be on paper, filled in manually. In army document management, form is more important than content. Data provided on time in terms of format, but of questionable quality, do not raise questions. True information will not be used, because it does not fit into the template. Everyone understands the real state of affairs, but the documents paint a different picture — according to the «governing documents», — he shared in a column on the Forbes website.
According to him, the army in the state of 2022 could not give people from the business environment anything that would be worth transferring to offices.

As reported by dev.ua, it is currently planned to replace 12 paper journals of personnel accounting with one journal that can be kept in electronic format.
At the same time, the electronic journal can be kept exclusively on a computer for official use.
