Stas Yurasov
CEO of dev.ua, creator of the YouTube project «Stas — The IT Eye»
A very seasoned journalist. A mammoth still holding on to the wild bamboo. Started back in 2006, when some of today’s IT folks weren’t even born :). Began as a translator for a newspaper but quickly switched to the «Telecom and Internet» section. Loved it. Since then, I’ve been writing, reading, watching, and filming videos. Occasionally, I just fool around in the realm of technology.
I enjoy scoops (send them in), adventures (invite me—I’ll come with my two-year-old in tow), and lively events (if I don’t fall asleep). I hate online work because it kills human interaction.

Maria Brovinska
Editor-in-Chief at dev.ua
I love people, dachshunds (yes, those long dogs), interesting stories, and a systematic approach to everything. Sometimes I think it would be nice to switch to IT to better understand what’s happening here and whether my humanities brain with a marketing degree could handle coding. But with each new story, I delay that plan, resisting the temptation to leave what I truly love and do well. Although who knows, maybe one day I’ll join IT. For now, I’m happy here at dev.ua.

Oleksii Dziuba
Editor at dev.ua, host of the YouTube project The Strong Kitchen Cabinet
When people ask me what topics I write about, I never know what to say. They’re diverse but all related to technology—from the Ministry of Digital Transformation and startups to Netflix and nudes. At dev.ua, I appreciate the balanced team and the sensible approach to working with content.

Ihor Vyshnevskyi
Journalist at dev.ua
I’ve held almost every position in Ukrainian media and information spheres—literary editor, release editor, translator, journalist, communications manager, and head of press services. I strive to use my multifunctionality as an added strength when tackling new topics.I easily establish rapport and handle deadlines with care. At the same time, I believe that a serious background isn’t an excuse to be boring. That’s why I love experiments, travel, art, and the beauty of life.

Nika Ponomarenko
Proofreader at dev.ua
I love Harry Potter, cats, traveling, fantasy, cinema, and video games. Unfortunately, no one pays me for these passions, so I have to take life more seriously. At dev.ua, I take care of your nerves and time: I proofread texts for errors so you won’t have to write angry comments or hit Ctrl+Enter on the site. I enjoy improving texts because even the most brilliant ideas can get lost among bureaucratic jargon and tautologies.
