Over the past two years, Suziria Group has invested over 8 million euros in development, of which 3 million euros were directed to expanding the infrastructure of the pet business in Ukraine. This year, Suziria Group took a strategic step towards increasing production capacities in Ukraine by starting the construction of a new line for the production of wet feed in Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk region, with the support of a $2 million grant from USAID under the Investments for Business Sustainability program. This project complements the existing production capacities in Kharkiv and Kalush, opens up the prospect of a significant increase in production volumes, as well as the creation of over 130 new jobs (today the group of companies has over 2,200 employees). In addition, the launch of another own production in Ukraine will allow reducing the cost of products previously manufactured at partner facilities in EU countries, partially replacing imports, and expanding the geography of sales.
Today, Suziria Group’s portfolio includes its own brands in the food, non-food and veterinary categories, including Savory, Half&Half, Special One, Pet Fashion, Provet, Priroda and Puramur.
Another area of activity of the group of companies is distribution, which once started its work from a single warehouse in Kharkiv, and today has turned into a national operator that ensures the delivery of pet products to any point of the country within a maximum of two days. The company supplies products to both small specialized pet stores and large offline chains and online stores, including Epicenter, Silpo, Aurora, ATB, METRO, ROZETKA, MAUDAU and others. Although it is worth noting that specialized retail and online are growing faster than chains, which indicates a redistribution of customer interests in favor of specialized and online channels.
A special feature of the company is its own B2B Academy — a free online educational platform where anyone who works in the pet business or plans to, can gain the necessary knowledge: from basic principles to the intricacies of working with different categories of goods and developing pet stores. The platform’s popularity is growing every year.
The Suziria Group of companies also includes the largest chain of pet stores in Ukraine, MasterZoo, which has been providing pets with food, veterinary drugs, ammunition, and basic necessities for over 15 years.

Suziria Group also founded the Suziria Charity Foundation to do even more for animals in need. The charitable vector of the group of companies supports shelters, volunteers and animal protection organizations, helping not only financially, but also by popularizing the topic of adoption and socialization of animals. Among the latest projects of Suziria Group is support in the development of the largest shelter for animals with disabilities in Ukraine, «House of Tails».
The past year was also a year of recognition for Suziria Group’s professional achievements. For example, Polina Koszarna received the «Person of the Year» award in the pet industry from PET Worldwide in Brussels. The award is presented every two years to leaders who introduce innovations and raise industry standards around the world.
The MasterZoo pet store chain received three awards at once from the Effie Awards Ukraine 2024 with the branding update campaign «Zoomarket of Furry Personalities», and the packaging of its own brand of treats Half&Half won gold at the Pentawards 2024 and Ukrainian Design: The Very Best Of 2024, as well as bronze at the NAPA BALTIC Packaging Design Awards.
