The Ministry of Digital Transformation , under the leadership of Bornyakov, will work on the concept of Agentic State, where state services are provided by AI agents

Bornyakov called the first such priority the Agentic State, which is the next stage after the Digital State. In an interview with the SPEKA publication, he explained that the Agentic State is a state that «anticipates the needs of citizens and offers solutions based on a single request.»

The concept assumes that state services will be provided by AI agents, and the user will not have to fill out complex forms. It will be enough to give voice commands, and the system will tell you what to do. This approach will be integrated into the «Diya» service, which remains the basic platform of the digital state.

Oleksandr Bornyakov reported that an AI assistant, «Diya.AI,» will soon appear in «Diya.» The developers also plan to digitalize the procedure for obtaining statuses for military personnel and reduce bureaucracy for them and their families.

In the next six months, «Diya» will receive up to 20 new services, in particular, divorce registration.

Recall that on January 14, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted to appoint the former head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, to the position of Minister of Defense.
