Netcracker, one of the largest product IT companies in Ukraine and headquartered in Diya.City, closed its offices in Russia this year and relocated its employees to other countries.

This was reported to DOU by three sources from the Ukrainian unit on condition of anonymity.

Netcracker is a subsidiary of the Japanese IT giant NEC. In Ukraine, the company has offices in Kyiv, Odessa, and Sumy, employing 750 professionals, 650 of whom are technical specialists. It has been a resident of Diia City since March 28, 2022.

At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Netcracker condemned Russian aggression and announced its intention to leave the Russian market. However, in the spring of 2024, reports appeared indicating that the company was still operating in Russia.

In 2025, Netcracker ceased operations in Russia, sources say.

"This became known in January. Specialists from Russia were offered relocation. For the most part, it was about Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan. Approximately half of them agreed," said a specialist from the Ukrainian team.

Two other sources also reported that the offices in Russia were closed. According to one of them, those Russians who did not agree to the relocation were fired.
