Apple has begun gradually updating its iCloud+ subscription in over 100 countries. Users of the 50-gigabyte plan will get access to Apple TV and Apple Arcade at no additional charge. Ukraine is among the countries where the new offer is being introduced.
The changes will roll out in September. This concerns the basic iCloud+ plan of 50 GB, to which subscriptions to the Apple TV video service and the Apple Arcade gaming service will be added.
Apple will also launch a new Apple Music Select plan in select countries, offering access to a selection of ad-free radio stations. Users will be able to upgrade to a full Apple Music subscription at a discounted price.
Apple did not specify whether the cost of iCloud+ will change in the countries where the new offer will be available. In the US, the base plan for 50 GB costs $0.99 per month, but the United States is not included in the list of participants in this launch.
As part of the update, Apple TV will also be available in 59 new countries, bringing the total number of countries where the service will be available to 170.
