The DELTA combat system has launched an artificial intelligence assistant for all users, which provides answers to frequently asked questions directly in the platform interface.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The tool operates within the DELTA protected environment and uses only the system’s verified knowledge base, which excludes information leakage or the use of external sources.
The implementation of AI has already allowed us to process about 25% of all requests in the web widget. As a result, the number of support requests has decreased by 27%, and the average response time has been reduced by 30 times.
Before the full release, the tool underwent pilot testing among units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Servicemen can ask the chatbot for instructions on using the platform’s features, such as route planning, and immediately receive step-by-step instructions with images without having to search for information in the documentation.
Previously, DELTA integrated algorithms for automatic detection and recognition of enemy equipment in photos, videos, and streams, which saves analysts up to 90% of their time when searching for targets.
The Ministry of Defense also provided Ukrainian defense companies with the opportunity to use the Avengers Labs platform to train their AI models for unmanned systems on a large array of real-world battlefield data. The Avengers Labs platform is a development of the Center for Innovation and Development of Defense Technologies, the same team that created the DELTA combat system.
