The Ministry of Defense, together with the General Staff, is launching testing of a new approach to military transfers.
This was announced by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov.
At the start, the project will cover the 16th and 19th Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Servicemen will be able to submit a report for transfer between any units that are part of these corps or are under their operational subordination through the "Army+" application.
Private and non-commissioned servicemen who serve in designated corps, do not hold officer positions, and are not in the SZCH can submit a report.
All stages go through "Army+":
"To maintain the combat stability of units, the new approach provides for clear rules: transfers are possible only within the operational zone of one corps with specified review periods and monthly limits on the number of transfers," Fedorov noted.
The beta test will last until September 24. After piloting and evaluating the results, this solution will be scaled up.
