The government is launching an integrated automated system of state supervision and control with a risk management module that will automatically determine which enterprises to include in the inspection plan in 85 areas.
The Ministry of Economy believes that the new module will allow plans to be formed automatically and without the influence of the human factor.
With it, the system will generate a list of entities for inspections based on their rating, and inspections will focus on high-risk enterprises, reducing the burden on low-risk businesses. Annual inspection plans will be published automatically through the system to ensure transparency.
The module is expected to minimize the human factor and reduce corruption risks for «honest companies.» Businesses will also be able to plan their participation in inspections and view data online.
The new rules will only apply to inspections for state supervision, but tax inspections and law enforcement will continue to operate under different procedures.
Recall that in September, the State Tax Service updated the schedule of inspections of companies and entrepreneurs. According to these changes, 1,391 inspections are planned to be conducted by the end of 2025, the largest number in December.
