On October 28, the academy invites you to a free webinar «Introduction to Embedded Development: Your Start in the World of Device Programming», which will allow technical specialists to take the first step into the world of «smart» systems.

On October 28, the academy invites you to a free webinar «Introduction to Embedded Development: Your Start in the World of Device Programming», which will allow technical specialists to take the first step into the world of «smart» systems.
Embedded systems are what power smart devices, cars, defense technologies, IoT solutions, and manufacturing automation. The field is growing exponentially, as almost every device today is a combination of hardware and software components.
The Beetroot Academy webinar, which will take place on October 28 at 6:00 PM, will help specialists understand the principles of operation of such systems and determine how their knowledge of C++ or related languages can be applied in new areas — IoT, automotive, defense tech, industrial automation.
During 1.5 hours, participants:
will analyze what is special about Embedded Development and what competencies engineers need;
will see what technologies modern «smart» solutions consist of;
learn how to make the transition to the sphere where program code interacts with hardware;
will receive advice for building their own learning path — from an introductory webinar to a full course.
The webinar will be held by Vasyl Golubenko, Solution Architect HW/SW at GlobalLogic, CTO of ArtIntSol and Head of Solution Design Laboratory «FEEL» — a practitioner with over ten years of experience in designing embedded systems.
The event will be useful for:
backend, frontend or mobile developers who seek to work closer to the hardware;
engineers, testers, and tech leads who build technical understanding «inside» devices;
specialists with experience in C++ and electronics who want to systematize knowledge and see new development opportunities.
The webinar is being implemented as part of the Upgrade UA program, a large-scale project to develop IT competencies of Ukrainian specialists, supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sweden. The goal of the program is to provide high-quality education even in difficult conditions and help Ukraine form a strong human resource potential for the digital economy.
