Lapenna's opponent was a robot similar to the EngineAI T800 and stylized as the Terminator. The T800 is 173 cm tall and weighs 75–85 kg, depending on the version. This robot was remotely controlled. In the video, it is still quite unsteady on its feet. Several times the robot loses its balance and falls. However, its direct kicks look quite powerful.
REK reports that the human ultimately defeated the Terminator, but claims that the robot injured its opponent's arm during the fight. The company also says it plans to conduct autonomous robot battles in the future.
Previously, dev.ua wrote about the EngineAI T800, which was shown at CES 2026 as a humanoid stuntman. And the Unitree G1 robots have already demonstrated boxing and martial arts-style movements.
