We recorded an interview with Binaryx CEO Oleg Kurchenko. He spoke in detail about his experience and life path.
Oleg started developing software at the age of 18, while still at university. And in 2016, he began to enter the world of cryptocurrency finance. At first, the entrepreneur mastered the mining business, for which he later began to develop software. Thus, new investment platforms appeared at the request of various partner companies.
Three years later, in 2019, Oleg Kurchenko began developing his own digital asset exchange. The idea was to tokenize small and medium-sized enterprises.
In general, Kurchenko dreams of tokenizing everything around him. This would allow entrepreneurs to attract more money to their businesses, and ordinary users to easily invest in the assets they find attractive.
This is how the idea of the future Binaryx platform was born, where the X at the end means anything. But the path to total tokenization turned out to be not so simple due to the unreadiness of some business areas for it and legal obstacles.
Therefore, Oleg Kurchenko decided to start with foreign real estate in some countries. In this niche, he developed a model where, using blockchain technology, the investor becomes the actual owner of his share in the property, which is confirmed by American law.
