Ukrainian miltech company BlueBird has started selling the tactical drone UAV «Bebradron». What are its capabilities?
The company says that the Bebradron is an aircraft-type drone designed for tactical missions, which has high maneuverability. It can be used for fire control and bombing.
«Bebardron» is designed to engage stationary targets or concentrations of infantry at distances of over 40 km with a warhead weighing up to 9 kg. It is controlled by the operator via the ERLS radio channel in the 433–915 MHz range using standard video transmission frequencies of 1.2, 3.3, 5.8 or 7 GHz.
«Thanks to this, all existing ground infrastructure used for FPV copters is suitable for working with the aircraft: remote controls, FPV goggles, ground stations, remote antennas, and other equipment,» BlueBird explains.
The cost of the " Bebradron " reaches 39,000 UAH. The company also offers to separately purchase a pneumatic catapult for launching the «Bebradron». It costs 14,000 UAH and is prepared for operation using a compressor powered by a car battery.
