Brave1, a state cluster supporting defense innovations, has announced a search for a Chief Technology Officer. The new technical director will lead the technological development of the domestic defense-tech sector and help transform the requests of the Defense Forces into ready-made solutions for the front.
The vacancy was announced on the official website of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. The department notes that the future head will have the opportunity to directly influence the country's defense capabilities, work closely with the military command, and form a long-term development strategy for the entire industry.
A number of professional requirements are placed on a potential candidate.
The future technical director must be familiar with all processes: from the creation of an early prototype and assessment according to readiness level methodologies (TRL/CRL) to complex procedures for public procurement and admission of military equipment into operation.
