Diversido is a Kyiv-based software development company founded in 2013. It specializes in creating products for the healthtech, online education, and IoT sectors.
TechMagic was founded in Lviv in 2014 by Oleg and Lidiya Dats and Andriy Kuzmych. The company develops software, including products for healthtech and fintech, cloud infrastructure on AWS, cybersecurity, and Salesforce solutions. The company has offices and development centers in Lviv, Warsaw, and Krakow.
In 2022, the company acquired Kyiv-based Dynamo Development, and in 2025, the Polish company Hitteps, a certified Salesforce partner.
The company is also considering new agreements with IT companies in Ukraine and abroad, including in the UK, Germany, and Latin America.
As DOU writes, this is the third acquisition of TechMagic since the start of the full-scale war. According to the company’s CEO Oleg Dats, the acquisition allows us to strengthen the healthtech direction and get a ready-made team with experience in this field. After the integration, the total number of employees of the merged company will exceed 440 people (408 of them are TechMagic employees).
The Diversido team will remain fully operational — 37 specialists. The deal was closed approximately two months from the first meeting to the signing of documents. Diversido founder Tetyana Kobzar sold 100% of the company and joined the TechMagic management team. Will be responsible for Strategic Account Management.
TechMagic currently has 12 open positions. The team is looking for a Middle Node.js developer, Senior Python developer, Senior C++ developer, Junior PPC Specialist, Product Marketing Manager, and other specialists.
