As Shcherbatenko told Forbes Ukraine, AI is currently involved in the implementation of all processes in the company.
«We are simultaneously creating solutions for ourselves and our clients. The first priority is HR processes: resume recognition, staff search, training,» noted the CEO of IT-Enterprise.
He announced a new tool for analyzing company management information and creating forecasts for clients, which is due to appear in May. Shcherbatenko added that IT-Enterprise implemented AI for 34 clients in 2025.
«I want AI to replace Junos. Last year, there were promises from Anthropic that 80% of code would be created by artificial intelligence. We have a slower pace for now, but we are not giving up on the goal,» admitted the CEO of IT-Enterprise.
Oleg Shcherbatenko noted that the company has defined an AI-first strategy for 2026. It provides that AI will be integrated into all IT-Enterprise products and services.
Recall that last fall, co-founder and long-time technical director of IT-Enterprise, Volodymyr Mikhailov, reported on a corporate conflict in the IT-Enterprise group of companies, which arose due to the sale of the company’s intellectual property.
Mikhailov filed seven lawsuits against the group of companies and Shcherbatenko. According to the CEO of IT-Enterprise, they do not affect the business in any way.
