Ukrainian car-sharing service Getmancar has launched in Lviv. It already operates in Kyiv and Dnipro, Georgia, and Moldova.

Getmancar is a car-sharing service that allows users to rent a car through a mobile application. The service was launched in Lviv as a franchise.

“This service was launched under the franchise model. A local entrepreneur, our partner, is now contributing to development in Lviv,” wrote Taras Getmansky, founder and CEO of Getmancar, on LinkedIn.

As of today, Lviv's fleet consists of 25 vehicles, to which new Kia Sportage, Ford Focus, and Hyundai Elantra have been added. In the coming weeks and months, the fleet will be expanded, including Skoda and other models.

The city has already set up special zones for ending trips. As always, the price of the car rental service includes parking and fuel.
