LG CLOiD — AI robot assistant for the home

LG Electronics unveiled CLOiD at CES 2026 as the centerpiece of its «Effortless Home» concept. Unlike conceptual home robots, CLOiD demonstrated performing real-world household tasks in a simulated environment: folding laundry, loading the dishwasher, and preparing meals using standard household appliances.

The robot is equipped with a wheel base for stability and a height-adjustable torso that allows it to work with countertops and cabinets. The two arms have 7 degrees of freedom each, and the five-fingered hands provide precise manipulation of objects.

Powered by LG’s Affective Intelligence and Vision-Language-Action model, CLOiD interprets commands, recognizes users, and anticipates their needs. LG is positioning CLOiD as a physical assistant and mobile smart home hub, deeply integrated with the ThinQ ecosystem.

SwitchBot Onero H1 — home humanoid

SwitchBot has introduced the Onero H1 robot, marking its entry into the market for versatile home robotics. Unlike bipedal humanoids, the H1 uses a wheelbase with manipulators, focusing on stability.

The robot performed household tasks: folding laundry, opening appliances, clearing tables. It has 22 degrees of freedom and works on the OmniSense Vision-Language-Action model, processing data locally, without the cloud.

SwitchBot is positioning the Onero H1 as a practical home assistant; pre-orders will open after CES.

AgiBot A2 — an assistant for museums and exhibitions

At CES 2026, AgiBot officially entered the US market, introducing the A2 series at booth #10715 in the North Hall.

The demonstration took place after the company confirmed the production and supply of over 5,000 robots worldwide.

The A2 robot is 169 cm tall, weighs 69 kg and was shown as a hospitality assistant for museums and exhibition spaces. It is equipped with a system of sensors with a circular view (LiDAR and HD cameras) for autonomous navigation, but at CES its actions were partially controlled by an operator for safety reasons.

In addition to the hardware, AgiBot introduced Genie Sim 3.0, an open learning platform based on NVIDIA Isaac Sim, which allows the robot to master complex physical actions in a digital environment before real-world application.

Atlas by Boston Dynamics

At CES 2026, the company officially unveiled the production-ready version of its electric humanoid robot, Atlas, in its first public appearance. During the presentation, Atlas autonomously rose from a horizontal position using an atypical joint flip maneuver, demonstrating full freedom of joint rotation, and then interacted with the audience.

The company also announced a partnership with Google DeepMind to integrate Gemini Robotics, which will allow Atlas to process complex instructions and work in unstructured environments. The new Atlas, designed for industrial applications, has 56 degrees of freedom, a working reach of 7.5 feet and a load capacity of 110 pounds. The robot is designed for continuous operation, equipped with a 4-hour battery with the ability to be quickly replaced.

Boston Dynamics confirmed that the first units will be deployed in 2026 at Hyundai’s Metaplant facility in Georgia, marking Atlas' transition from a research platform to a commercial robot.

Unitree G1, H2 and R1 robots

Unitree Robotics unveiled its entire line of humanoid robots — the G1, H2, and R1 — at CES 2026, positioning itself as a major player in the mass humanoid robotics market. The G1 model attracted particular attention, demonstrating high-speed movements in the style of martial arts and boxing with an emphasis on balance, agility, and motor control.

Unitree confirmed that the G1 is a compact, foldable humanoid focused on affordability and scalability, while the H2 is designed for industrial use.

The company also emphasized the transition to a «Robot as a Service» model, declaring readiness for global commercial implementation. Unitree’s humanoid robots run on their own AI models, are equipped with quick-change batteries, depth perception systems, and have a load capacity suitable for inspections and manipulations.

NEURA Robotics 4NE1 with multimodal thinking for everyday life

NEURA Robotics showcased its third-generation humanoid robot, the 4NE1, developed in collaboration with FA Porsche at CES 2026. The robot demonstrated both industrial and domestic use scenarios.

A key innovation is the Neuraverse operating system, which allows robots to exchange skills in real time. The Gen 3 4NE1 features high-torque joints, a load capacity of up to 100 kg, and a patented artificial skin for proximity sensing and collision avoidance.

The robot is powered by NVIDIA Isaac GR00T and demonstrates multimodal thinking — a combination of voice, vision, and touch. NEURA positions the 4NE1 as a model close to mass production.

Robot surgeon from LEM Surgical

LEM Surgical introduced the Dynamis system at the NVIDIA booth at CES 2026 as a commercially available surgical humanoid robot. The system is designed for spine and orthopedic surgery, featuring a multi-arm architecture and sub-millimeter accuracy.

Dynamis uses NVIDIA Isaac for Healthcare, compensates for micromotion, and already has FDA 510(k) clearance. The company noted that the system is already being used in clinical trials.

EngineAI’s stunt car — T800

EngineAI has unveiled the T800 humanoid robot, demonstrating its real-world performance after viral stunt videos. The robot is 1.73 m tall, weighs 75 kg, has a magnesium-aluminum alloy frame, and drives with up to 450 N·m of torque.

Production models are powered by NVIDIA Jetson Thor (up to 2000 TOPS) and feature all-round LiDAR. Starting price is $25,000, with first deliveries scheduled for mid-2026.

Social Worker GR-3 from Fourier Robotics

Fourier Robotics has debuted the GR-3 humanoid in the US, aimed at care and social services. The robot has a soft design, 55 degrees of freedom, tactile sensors throughout its body, and a perception system that combines vision, sound, and facial expressions.

GR-3 is positioned as a social and physical assistant for elderly care, rehabilitation and service industries.

AI as a physical interface (Physical AI)

NVIDIA introduced the concept of Physical AI, where learning models (Alpamayo, Cosmos) are trained in virtual environments and then applied to physical systems (robots, autonomous systems).

CEO Jensen Huang showed off Cosmos, a basic AI model trained on massive datasets that can simulate environments that obey the laws of real physics. He also announced Alpamayo, an AI model specifically designed for autonomous driving. Huang said Nvidia’s next-generation AI superchip platform, called Vera Rubin, is now in full production and announced a new partnership with Siemens. All of this suggests that Nvidia is preparing for tougher competition to maintain its reputation as a cornerstone of the AI industry.
