IT company director caught cheating at Coldplay concert deletes social media profile
A “kiss cam” moment broadcast at a Coldplay concert on July 16th became a scandal when the stadium screen showed Andy Byron, CEO of AI company Astronomer, apparently with his mistress, Christine Cabot, who works there as an HR manager. Memes went viral on social media, and the CEO of the company, which is valued at over $1.2 billion, deleted his LinkedIn profile. Incidentally, the AI company’s clients include Uber, Ford, and LinkedIn.

A TikTok video of the awkward moment when the couple realized they were being shown on a stadium screen has garnered several million views and over 1.3 million likes.
At first, frontman Chris Martin thought the camera had captured a cute moment. "Look at these two," he said tenderly.
But their reaction quickly confused him. "Oh, what? Either they're having an affair or they're just really shy."
"Holy crap. I hope we didn't do anything wrong," he said.
When Cabot realized they were being shown on the screen, she covered her face with her hands and quickly turned around, while Byron ducked.
The status of their relationship has not been confirmed, but Byron's wife removed her married name from her Facebook profile following the incident.
Later on Thursday, media outlets began reporting that Byron had allegedly apologized to his family and colleagues. However, the news website TMZ.com, citing a company spokesperson, said that this was false.
The "statement from Astronomer CEO Andy Byron" that's going around originated with a 50-follower account called "Peter Enis." As in "P. Enis." pic.twitter.com/z3Dl8VaxWD
None of them commented on all the unconfirmed online chatter, which is why Cabot's alleged statement spread so quickly. The fake document even included a quote from Coldplay's song "Fix You."
TMZ.com also asked a company representative if the CEO plans to release an official statement regarding this controversy — that is, for real — but they did not respond.

After this story, Byron either blocked or deleted his LinkedIn profile.
If you search for his LinkedIn profile, you'll see a message on your screen: "This page does not exist. Please check your URL or return to the LinkedIn home page." It looks like he's either deactivated his profile or permanently deleted it.
