KSE (Kyiv School of Economics) and Carnegie Corporation of New York are launching Come Back Home grants for Ukrainians who left after February 24, 2022 and are returning to study in Ukraine. What areas of study are available under the program?
KSE said that in the 2026–2027 academic year, 50 students will receive full tuition coverage with the possibility of extension, a scholarship, health insurance, psychological support, mentoring, and internships in Ukrainian companies.
Applicants can choose bachelor’s and master’s programs in economics, law, psychology, software engineering, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, public policy, urban planning, bioinformatics, unmanned systems, etc.
For undergraduate studies, the results of the 2024–2026 NMT, national final exams in European countries, or victories in olympiads, competitions, or tournaments are required. For master’s studies, the results of the EVI and EFVV or entrance exams to the KSE are required.
You can apply for a grant at the link. You also need to fill out a form, attach a motivation letter, as well as go through an interview and submit documents to the university.
