Investment company Concorde Capital has launched a closed testing of the Statock mobile application, designed for direct investments in business projects. Despite the lack of an official public announcement of a full release, the service is already available for download on the App Store and Google Play.
This is reported by the publication «Kosht». Statock is positioned as a tool that allows private investors to invest in Ukrainian assets through the purchase of mutual fund certificates.
Currently, the platform offers three investment areas, which are developed directly by Concorde Capital. Among them is the Encraft project, which specializes in the construction of distributed generation facilities and energy storage systems. The entry threshold is over UAH 16 million with a projected return of 16% in dollar terms. Investments in electricity storage and balancing installations (threshold from UAH 2 million) and the SHELEST country recreation complex (from UAH 121,800) are also available.
To use the service, users need to complete a standard registration, verify their profile through the «Diya» application, and fill out a questionnaire. The program’s functionality allows you to view financial statements of facilities and information about project teams. The developers also plan to launch a full-fledged web version of Statock.
«This will be such a marketplace — a place where we will connect companies that need capital with investors who want to invest: depending on the risk, the risk profile, expectations, term, IRR, etc.,» explained Igor Mazepa, founder and CEO of Concorde Capital.
The court remanded Ihor Mazepa in custody with the possibility of posting a bail of UAH 350 million. All about the detention of the owner of Concorde Capital at the Polish border
