The State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine has begun trial operation of a new information system — the "Portal of Electronic Services." The new digital resource was created to simplify the interaction of citizens and businesses with the agency and transfer key administrative procedures to an online format.
Currently, the first services are already available on the portal:
licensing in the field of cryptographic and technical information protection (CIP);
security authorization.
The State Service for Special Communications notes that specialists continue to develop the system - in the future, the list of electronic services and the functionality of the resource will expand.
Both individuals and business entities can use the service. To do this, you need:
go to the direct link https://portal.cip.gov.ua or select the "Services Portal" tab in the main menu of the official website of the State Service for Special Communications;
log in using an electronic signature (digital signature/electronic signature);
submit the necessary package of documents, after which the application will automatically be processed.
"The implementation of a digital solution significantly reduces the time for considering requests and creates a transparent environment, eliminating any corruption risks and eliminating bureaucratic barriers. Thanks to the new portal, citizens and business representatives will be able to receive services from the State Service for Special Communications as quickly and conveniently as possible," the State Service for Special Communications added.
