IDS Ukraine Group officially announces the completion of the implementation of a modern enterprise resource management system based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform at Morshyn Mineral Water Plant. This step became part of the company’s large-scale digital transformation strategy and transition to the Enterprise 4.0 model.
IDS Ukraine Group officially announces the completion of the implementation of a modern enterprise resource management system based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform at Morshyn Mineral Water Plant. This step became part of the company’s large-scale digital transformation strategy and transition to the Enterprise 4.0 model.
The project was implemented in a record seven months. Such efficiency is due to the use of a standard configuration already tested at another plant of the group — in Myrhorod, and the high qualification of the internal team of specialists and project partners. In particular, the company OntargIT — an official Microsoft partner and a leader in the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM and Power Platform in Ukraine — was involved in the ERP system implementation process.
Launching ERP at MZMV «Oscar» is a much more complex task compared to similar work at the plant in Myrhorod. The enterprise operates seven production lines and has a wider range of products, including drinks containing juices and syrups. The new system covers all

«This project required a complete change in approaches to work. We deliberately went the route of retraining our own specialists instead of attracting external personnel. Our employees actually mastered a new programming language and the logic of building processes from scratch. Implementing ERP at such a powerful enterprise allows us to abandon outdated software and creates a foundation for using artificial intelligence in the future. Although the first quarter is still to be closed to record all financial indicators, we are already seeing a significant improvement in the convenience and functionality of the interface for users,» emphasized IDS Ukraine IT Director Viktor Borovkov.
Also, the transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 allowed IDS Ukraine to take into account the peculiarities of the software of the distributors with whom the Oscar factory cooperates, and to automate work within one system. This ensures stable availability of products on store shelves and optimizes operating costs. The next stage of digital transformation will be the deployment of the system in
distribution company «IDS», which will allow to unite all business links into a single digital circuit by 2027.
