«We have large-scale plans for the development of „Diia“. We understand that the digital state of the future is when you give one request and get a result,» wrote the head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, Mykhailo Fedorov.

«Our vision is that „Diia“ should turn into an AI agent,» notes Fedorov.
So an AI assistant will soon appear, with which you can already receive the first service.
«Over time, instead of looking for the right service among dozens, it will be enough to describe your situation and „Diia“ will find a solution on its own. This is about a new level of interaction between citizens and the state and the development of digitalization,» explains the head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
Fedorov also said that the application is already used by more than 22.7 million Ukrainians, 33 documents, more than 65 services, and more than 150 services have been implemented on the portal.
