Users of the "Diia" application can now independently choose a postal operator to receive ready-made documents by car. Delivery by the "Nova Poshta" service has been added to the previously available "Ukrposhta".
Users of the "Diia" application can now independently choose a postal operator to receive ready-made documents by car. Delivery by the "Nova Poshta" service has been added to the previously available "Ukrposhta".
The new option works when replacing a driver’s license or technical passport, allowing you to pick up a physical document at a convenient branch or order courier delivery without visiting the Ministry of Internal Affairs service centers. The cost of delivery via Nova Poshta is UAH 354, the press service of Diia reports .
open "Diia" and select the driver’s license or vehicle registration certificate replacement service;
fill out the application and select “New Mail” among the delivery options;
enter the address or number of a convenient branch for collection;
Pay for the service and delivery, then sign the application electronically and send it.
Currently, the function works for replacing the license plate and technical passport, and the next step will be the implementation of delivery by Nova Poshta for the car re-registration service.
