As reported by «Diia», the assistant communicates in the chat format on the «Diya» portal like a real person. «He will easily select a service for your life situation: such as the birth of a baby or starting your own business. And most importantly, he is in touch 24/7,» the message says.
Being a narrow-profile specialist, the AI assistant will not advise you on a name for your cat or a recipe for tomyam. Its scope is exclusively public services, emphasizes «Diya».
The company emphasizes that the AI assistant provides advice and ready-made services, and the support team will continue to be in touch to resolve user issues. That is, they are not interchangeable.
The AI assistant is in open beta and is still actively learning. You can help us improve it.

According to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, Ukraine will be the first in the world to provide state services using AI — an AI assistant has been launched on the Diia portal. «This is the world’s first state AI agent that doesn’t just answer questions, but provides services directly in a chat. It will soon be available in a mobile application,» the official said.

We are focusing on transforming „Diya“ from a digital service into a full-fledged AI agent that will work 24/7 and provide services without filling out unnecessary forms and fields. We are working on the vision of „Diya.AI“ and in the fall we will present to all Ukrainians how „Diya“ will change with the integration of artificial intelligence,» he noted.
