This was reported by the press service of "Diya". The team urges users who plan to use electronic passports or driver’s licenses in the near future to play it safe and take their paper or plastic originals with them.
To confirm your identity during technical work, you can use a temporary digital "eDocument", which remains functional in the application.
"The team is already working to complete everything as soon as possible and return "Diya" to its usual mode," service representatives noted.
As a reminder, the Ministry of Digital Affairs is preparing to launch a voice AI assistant in the mobile application "Diya", which should appear within the next two quarters. Unlike the web version, the mobile voice AI will work entirely on the Ukrainian model and its own sovereign infrastructure.
