A separate platform "Home" has been specially developed for Ukrainians abroad, which forms a "personal return plan"

For Ukrainians who left the country during the war, a digital platform called «Home» was developed, with the help of which you can get a «personal return plan.»

According to the press service of the Ministry of Social Policy, the platform, which has already started operating in test mode, was presented at the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2026) in Gdansk.

«The platform is designed to help Ukrainians obtain up-to-date information about what steps need to be taken to prepare for return, what opportunities exist in Ukraine, and also to form a personal return plan,» the ministry noted.

The platform brings together information about communities, services, employment opportunities, training, social support in Ukraine, and «other tools needed to make informed decisions about return and reintegration.»

The resource also contains information about centers abroad, «where you can find support in making a decision to return.»

The platform includes a separate section with «business cards» of communities ready to receive and support people in the reintegration process. Here you can find information about local services, infrastructure, opportunities and contacts. Currently, more than 100 communities have joined the platform.

The technical developer of the platform is the NGO «Technologies of Progress», and the product was developed within the YOUA project on behalf of the German government in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Policy.

As dev.ua reported, currently about 20% of Ukrainian IT specialists already work from abroad .

Recall that in August last year, the government allowed men aged 18-22 to cross the border during martial law, which further increased the outflow of able-bodied youth from Ukraine.
