Fintech Farm, a London-based startup with Ukrainian roots, founded by three Ukrainians (including monobank co-founder Dmytro Dubilet), has a staff of almost 500 employees working from different parts of the world. The need for an internal portal for effective teamwork has existed for a long time.
Dubilet decided to create such a service on his own with the help of Claude Code, he says.AIN. It should be noted that he hasn't programmed for about 15 years.
Dubilet works on the portal independently, spending about two to three hours a day.
“Except for my time, all the expenses are exclusively Anthropic tokens,” the Fintech Farm co-founder shares. According to him, it’s about $15,000.
“If we went the traditional route, we would need a team of 50 people: developers, products, designers, etc. I think, if you count “head-to-head”, it would cost $1–2 million,” Dubilet added.
Roary includes:
HR system and document management;
Project/task management (almost completely replicated the functionality of Asana);
call recordings and transcripts;
the work of AI agents.
Using Roary's example, Dubilet saw that it was possible to independently complete a project that previously required a large team.
"We want all areas within the company to have the same boost. This will allow us to launch more markets simultaneously and even faster. Although with complex existing projects, it is much more difficult than when you are doing something from scratch," said Dmytro.
