The Ukrainian ZIRKA interceptor drone, equipped with automatic target detection and homing systems, can now be ordered on the DOT-Chain Defence and Brave1 Market marketplaces. The military-tech company NOCTIS notes that they have managed to make the auto-homing technology, which was previously available only in expensive foreign models, a budget and mass domestic solution.

The military-tech company NOCTIS notes that they have managed to make the auto-homing technology, which was previously available only in expensive foreign models, a budget and mass domestic solution.
ZIRKA is based on a Raspberry Pi5 onboard computer with a trained computer vision neural network. The system analyzes the video stream in real time, recognizing enemy Shahed UAVs by their shape, silhouette and trajectory at a distance of up to 1 km. When the operator confirms the target, the drone switches to automatic tracking mode and repeats all the maneuvers of the enemy aircraft, so the pilot only needs to control the speed for an accurate strike. In addition, the interceptor is equipped with a servo-driven thermal imager, which allows it to effectively attack targets from any angle - both top-down and bottom-up.
The drone was presented in June. The complex's combat tests were successfully completed in the fall of 2025. Having received codification from the Ministry of Defense, ZIRKA has been officially in service with specialized units since May 2026. Already in June of the same year, the development was among the ten most effective interceptors (among copters and aircraft) in terms of the number of Shaheds shot down.
"In addition to 'classic shaheds' [powered by internal combustion engines], ZIRKA has confirmed hits on jet UAVs [Geran-4] thanks to the combination of high speed of the board and automatic homing based on machine vision," NOCTIS notes.
The ZIRKA interceptor costs UAH 77,220. The manufacturer emphasizes that as of August 2026, this is the lowest price on the market among means of this class. Military units can purchase the aircraft directly with state funds or exchange earned ePoints for it.
