The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has brought new false charges against the former heads of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov and Mykhailo Fedorov, declaring their "international wanted list."
This was reported by Russian propaganda media with reference to the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
The statement of the occupation agency claims that Ukrainian ex-government officials were allegedly involved in conducting paramilitary operations in 2021–2023 and 2026. Russian security forces accuse Reznikov and Fedorov, who also headed the digital transformation direction and was responsible for the development of domestic DefenseTech initiatives and drones, of giving "criminal orders" and conducting "punitive paramilitary operations" in the Donbas.
"These criminal actions caused mass deaths and injuries of civilians, destruction of civilian infrastructure. Resolutions have been issued regarding Reznikov and Fedorov to bring them to justice, and an international manhunt has been organized for them," the Investigative Committee added.
After being dismissed from the Ministry of Defense, Mikhail Fedorov announced a new large-scale technological project during a speech at IT Arena — "Army of Robots."
"Russia will stop only when we can break its backbone and take away all opportunities to finance the war. To do this, we need a new leap, which requires the involvement of Western capital, the best engineers in the world and private initiatives," Mikhail Fedorov emphasized.
