Germany-based synvert will become part of US-based GlobalLogic as a subsidiary, the company announced .
GlobalLogic notes that thanks to this partnership, they will be able to accelerate:

The synvert team consists of over 550 specialists in data management, data platform development and advanced analytics. The company has a portfolio of over 200 customers and maintains extensive partnerships with Databricks and Snowflake, AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. It is actively working in Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and the UAE with its own divisions and offices.
