The main area of cooperation will be the "Diya" portal. GlobalLogic will help prepare and test new services, release them to users, and refine existing ones. What exactly the team will do at a particular moment will depend on the current priorities of the state.
GlobalLogic will also contribute to the development of the Software Development Competency Center. Its idea is to transfer some of the engineering practices from private IT to the development of government services. Among other things, the team wants to improve the release process so that new features can be launched more frequently and without stability issues.
The Center also plans to take security into account during the design of services, and not check it only at the end of development. The team will also work to ensure that "Diya" does not crash during peak loads and recovers faster after failures. In addition, it is planned to involve AI tools in development, code review, and automated testing.
The Ministry of Digital Affairs also admits that similar partnerships may emerge with other technology companies. They have not yet revealed who exactly they may involve next.
