In Kyiv, the outages are in effect from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM for queues 1-3, and from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM for the rest.
In Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions, queues 4.2 and 6.2 were the luckiest — without any outages.
As Ukrenergo reported on Telegram, tomorrow, October 23, consumption restrictions will be enforced in most regions of Ukraine from 07:00 to 23:00.
