One of the defendants is the payment and cryptocurrency platform Finzypay. It works with RubX, a digital asset pegged to the ruble. Through Finzypay, RubX can be purchased for cryptocurrency or by bank transfer, and then exchanged for USDT. In addition, the service does not require KYC, a standard verification of the client's identity.
The list also includes the Asia-Pacific Bank. According to intelligence, it conducts settlements between Russia and China in yuan through the Chinese interbank system CIPS, issues UnionPay cards in rubles and yuan, and also uses Kazakhstan's financial infrastructure for certain transactions.
Another structure, Sistema-Crypto, is developing the Neobridge platform. The service promises Russian companies to make a payment to a foreign supplier within one business day and charges a commission of 0.2% of the amount for this.
The GUR explains that such financial channels allow Russian companies to continue to purchase electronic components, equipment, raw materials, and other resources needed by the military-industrial complex abroad.
Previously, dev.ua wrote that the A7A5 cryptocurrency, linked to the Russian payment network A7, helps Russia circumvent sanctions. Russian importers can buy A7A5 for rubles, exchange it for the dollar-pegged stablecoin USDT, and then withdraw funds in the desired country or currency.
