OpenAI decided not to stay away from the popular year-end trend and introduced a new feature, Your Year with ChatGPT.
The system analyzes your chat history for 2025 and generates a detailed personalized report. In it, you can see the total number of conversations, determine your “most talkative” day of the year, and also find out how artificial intelligence assesses your communication style (for example, as “casual” or “straightforward”).
In addition to statistics, ChatGPT assigns users to certain archetypes, such as the "Experimenter", issues humorous badges and generates themed pixel art. The algorithm even counts the number of em dashes used, and also offers an interactive forecast for 2026, which appears after the user "wipes" the virtual fog from the screen.
Currently, owners of Free, Pro, and Plus tariff plans can take advantage of the innovation, while this option is not available for corporate business accounts.
The launch geography is currently limited to the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. To activate the feature in these regions, you need to click the plus button in the app and enter the query Show me my year with ChatGPT.
