According to the developers, in 2026 only 41% of AI initiatives launched in Ukraine will reach the stage of real use, despite the high level of interest in the technology.

This was reported by company representatives in a comment to DOU. According to Intellias forecasts, business spending on AI will increase by 44% in 2026. Although more than 93% of surveyed companies are already testing AI-based solutions, a significant part of the projects remains at the experimental stage.
Experts note that the gap between pilot launches and practical operation prevents the planned results from being achieved. The company claims that the implementation of the Pragmatic AI Playbook methodology into internal processes has reduced costs in certain areas by up to 70% and accelerated the development cycle by 1.5 times.
The company provided specific examples of project implementation using new approaches:
Medical application: Automating the writing of system requirements allowed us to create a basic version of the product in a few days, which reduced the client’s costs by 50%.
Digital Twin: For a navigation company, the prototype took one day to develop and the final solution took six weeks. The costs were 70% lower than standard.
Data platform: AWS-based development for processing large data sets lasted nine months, which provided the ability to generate thousands of personalized recommendations for users.
Intellias previously opened a TISAX Level 3 certified engineering center in Ingolstadt, the heart of the German automotive industry. The new facility will complement the company’s existing office at IN-Campus.
