According to the publication «Military», the video clip is actively being circulated online, in particular by foreign observers. Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Dnipro appear in the video. The authors of the content show the «destruction» of intelligence facilities that were allegedly used to attack the ousted Supreme Leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei.
In fact, the civilian IT infrastructure of De Novo, UKRNAMES DATACENTER, iDataCenter, and the IT companies DNIPRO-Technocenter are located at the indicated addresses.

De Novo CEO Maxim Ageev reacted emotionally to the Iranian video and assured clients of complete data security.
«The children’s screams generated by the cartoon surprise me. Haven’t you seen the cartoons?.. The Iranian cartoon about missiles doesn’t lead to anything. The whole country is under attack by those monkeys in sweatshirts every day, there is no safe place anywhere. But we all live and work in Ukrainian cities. The country stands because we all keep the order,» Ageev noted in his Facebook post.
The company’s CEO added that De Novo uses four sites and multiple backup services. He also emphasized the role of the Ukrainian Digital Sovereignty Alliance (DSUA) in ensuring the resilience of the infrastructure.
«By the way, our shot was taken a long time ago. It shows the logo of the „Pryamy“ channel on the neighboring building (the former Shuster studio). The channel moved from there many years ago,» Maksym Ageyev pointed out the obsolescence of the Iranian data.
The director of DNIPRO-Technocenter, Vladyslav Slobodyanyk, also responded to dev.ua’s request, ironically and succinctly thanking the Iranians for the advertising.
Oleksandr Loboda, head of UKRNAMES DATACENTER, noted that the Iranian video looks like «another example of propaganda work that has little to do with reality and more to do with the imagination of its authors.»
«Unfortunately, Kharkiv is regularly under fire even without the „Iranian scenarios,“ so the issue of the safety of our employees is a daily task, not a reaction to such informational attacks. We do not consider the video itself as a factor that really affects the level of threats,» Loboda said in a comment to dev.ua.
In his opinion, there is hardly any point in demanding the removal of the video, because it looks more like an «unsuccessful attempt to attract attention.» Oleksandr Loboda believes that such «information products» do not last long and do not arouse significant interest among the audience.
«Our monitoring systems and security services have not recorded any suspicious activity — neither physical nor digital — in connection with the appearance of this video. It seems that it went unnoticed not only by us,» the head of UKRNAMES DATACENTER added.
Military suggests that this video is an IPSO aimed at intimidating Ukraine and deterring its cooperation with Middle Eastern countries in the defense sector. Although the Iranian regime possesses long-range missiles (Sejjil, Emad, and others), their accuracy when using conventional warheads at such distances is critically low for hitting specific buildings.
«Everything is there, everything works. We are a company that never sleeps. And let these multipliers get a slap in the face,» summed up the head of De Novo.
