The IT Arena 2026 technology conference will change its hosting model to enhance participant safety. The organizers, in cooperation with relevant services and the Security Service of Ukraine, have developed new protocols to ensure a balance between the scale of the event and the protection of visitors.
The IT Arena 2026 technology conference will change its hosting model to enhance participant safety. The organizers, in cooperation with relevant services and the Security Service of Ukraine, have developed new protocols to ensure a balance between the scale of the event and the protection of visitors.
The event will take place at several venues at once. This will avoid large crowds and guarantee each participant access to reliable shelter.
The maximum number of visitors this year is limited to 3,000 people.
On the recommendation of the Security Service, the Dual-Use Expo exhibition of dual-purpose technologies was excluded from the program.
Participants will receive information about the exact locations only on the day of the event to comply with safety protocols.
«Given the security situation in the country, we are strengthening security measures and have decided to disperse the gathering of participants. This will allow us to provide everyone with proper shelter and maintain a balance between the openness of the event and a responsible attitude to the safety of all visitors. We are also working on additional security protocols together with the city and relevant services. We are currently working on a new program model taking into account the selection of new locations,» comments Mykhailo Lemak, CEO of the Lviv IT Cluster.
The organizers note that the updated format will allow for a return to a more flexible conference concept, maintain the comfort of communication, and guarantee the appropriate level of protection for all attendees.
