The solution is intended to automate routine processes for administrators and speed up service to citizens.

The solution is intended to automate routine processes for administrators and speed up service to citizens.
This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. The department’s team is currently developing a single tool for all service providers on the Action Centers Platform.
AI integration will allow for automated searching of the necessary data among thousands of laws, government decrees, and bylaws, which should significantly reduce the time it takes to process requests. In addition, the AI assistant will provide administrators with real-time tips and explanations on service delivery.
The technology is also planned to be used for staff training. The system will analyze employee needs, generate training requests, and provide up-to-date training materials in online format. The developers note that the transformation of processes in ASCs will take place according to the Agentic state concept, in which a person formulates a request, and the system itself performs administrative procedures.
Previously, the Ministry of Digital Transformation scaled «Diya.AI» from a portal to a mobile application. The AI assistant works on Gemini from Google and already allows you to pay traffic fines and receive extracts via chat.
