According to the press service of the Ministry of Economy, the center will act as a temporary advisory and consultative body to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The government approved the composition and regulations for the center’s activities, and among its tasks are coordination of state bodies and finding solutions to problematic situations in booking matters.
In addition, the center will consider proposals from government agencies to recognize enterprises, institutions, and organizations as critically important for the economy.
It is also assumed that state bodies should take into account the center’s recommendations when making decisions about the critical importance of enterprises.
As previously reported by dev.ua, the government is updating the booking rules, and for every fifth business, the status of critical will be reviewed.
It also became known that joining «Diya.City» is no longer a guarantee of quick critical status, as the government has tightened requirements for IT companies.
At the same time, the mobilization reservation procedure through the «Diya» portal may be suspended until September 1, which is due to the update of the rules for granting enterprises the status of critical for the economy.
