On Thursday, documents were published in the UK, Bloomberg reports, confirming that Chudnovskaya replaced her husband as the person with control over the holding company.
In fact, this happened back in March, when ex-owner Radvinsky died of cancer at the age of 43, but legal confirmation has only now appeared.
Meanwhile, 42-year-old Chudnovskaya, who is a lawyer and venture capitalist, now has the power to appoint and dismiss directors of the London-based company Fenix International, where Radvinsky previously had a controlling stake through a trust.
According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, he had amassed a fortune of at least $3.8 billion by the time of his death.
Chudnovskaya is a resident of the United States and a mother of four children.
The publication also recalls that Radvinsky, a native of Ukraine who moved to the United States as a child, acquired a controlling stake in the OnlyFans platform in 2018.
As dev.ua previously wrote, OnlyFans is preparing to sell a minority stake, and the platform has been valued at more than $3 billion.
Interestingly, OnlyFans leads the world ranking in terms of revenue per employee, surpassing NVIDIA and Apple.
