Last year, the IT company tsukat studio, in partnership with the Lviv City Council's tourism department, introduced the free mobile application "Kolyada." This year, the application received new functionality.
"Kolyada" was originally conceived as an app with carols, because people often know the first verse of a carol, but then get lost, so this app was supposed to help Ukrainians sing carols together. Last year, people actively used it, so this year they decided to expand the capabilities of the app, the Lviv City Council reports .
The idea was to "revive" the Bandinelli House, where the magic of sending Christmas cards happens. The app also now lets you create your own Christmas cards and quickly send them to friends and family around the world.
The uniqueness of such a card or greeting video is that the user can write their own text or use the help of an AI assistant to create original holiday greetings.
You can also add photos from your gallery or create them directly in the app using vibrant AR masks.
The application can be downloaded for free from the AppStore and Play Market .
To scan the Bandinelli House and add this animation to your video greeting, you need to be near your Christmas mail. You can watch the video to see how to generate a postcard or "animate" your Christmas mail.
Other starting opportunities for Zkastosunk remain available: using the augmented reality function, you can try on Christmas masks of Ukrainian nativity characters, record your own performance of a carol, save the video and share it with friends.
