Ukrainian IT company MacPaw has introduced a new application called Eney, a proactive assistant based on artificial intelligence, which has been released from preview and is available for Mac and iPhone users. The main task of the tool is to unite workflows into a single ecosystem and relieve users of routine multi-step actions.

The main task of the tool is to unite workflows into a single ecosystem and relieve users of routine multi-step actions.
The application was developed under the leadership of MacPaw founder and CEO Oleksandr Kosovan. According to Oleh Rybak, Head of Product Management at MacPaw, the team worked on the product development for a whole year.
"Five months ago I nailed my first PR as Head of Product. Since then I've sent 27,000 lines of code to production. In 2026, that's not impressive. What you can't generate is a team... A year of work by dozens of people - these are the numbers that matter," noted Oleg Rybak.
Eney works as a personal assistant that independently identifies important tasks. For example, Eney can draw attention to a missed email from a client or remind you of a meeting for which the user has not yet prepared, and suggest next steps. The tool deeply integrates with popular services, including Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Linear, and Slack. Thanks to this, users can process mail, find files, create notes or transcribe meetings without constantly switching between tabs.
A separate feature of the service is Eney Wand, a tool that allows you to interact with texts, images, and files directly on the screen without taking screenshots or manually copying. In addition, the AI assistant can clean up your desktop and download folders, edit photos, and trim videos. Currently, the project website claims support for only English.
Eney requires a Mac with Apple Silicon (M-series) processors and macOS 15 or later. The app offers a 14-day free trial with 10,000 AI credits.
In the future, three monthly tariff plans are available to users:
Starter: 10,000 credits for $14.99 per month (for recurring tasks);
Boost: 20,000 credits for $29.99 per month (for daily use);
Power: 30,000 credits for $49.99 per month (for high loads).
