Makeup, the largest online cosmetics retailer in Ukraine, has launched a network of post offices. Over UAH 2 million has already been invested in the project, and the company plans to expand the network throughout the country by 2026.

According to Forbes, Makeup has begun developing self-delivery points. In October 2025, the company launched 20 ATMs in Kyiv.
Post offices are located in residential areas — near supermarkets, cafes, and other points of urban infrastructure.
«Our own post offices give us control — we are responsible for the package from packaging to receipt,» says Makeup PR & Marketing Director Olga Kuznetsova.
Over UAH 2 million was invested in the first stage of the Makeup project — a total of 20 ATMs were opened in the capital. That is, the cost of one is UAH 100,000.
The cost of one post office box includes development, production, software, and logistics integration, says Kuznetsova.
Makeup plans to expand its network of ATMs across Ukraine in 2025-2026. The priority is regional centers and large cities, where the retailer’s active audience is concentrated, Kuznetsova notes. «The goal is to create a beauty infrastructure,» she adds.
