The creators of the platform claim that they have united the best developers of unmanned aerial vehicles and other specialists in this field within the framework of their project. AMMO.UKRAINE plans to create an «Army of underwater drones», which will be based on the large autonomous submarine «Marichka».

A well-known military analyst from the United Kingdom, HISutton, analyzed the equipment of the Ukrainian underwater drone «Marichka» using publicly available materials. In hisblog, the expert previously drew attention to some interesting features of the device.
According to him, one of the prototypes has an X-shaped rudder layout. All or most of the hull is a pressure vessel, and it seems that there is a keel running along the bottom and there are the expected towing loops. The expert also draws attention to the unusual nose fairing at the front of the prototype of the autonomous submarine.
«Among the many large underwater drone projects around the world, this is probably the first one born directly from wartime needs,» notes the British expert.
