The Ministry of Defense expanded the E-Points system and added rewards for snipers, small air defense, and army aviation
The Ministry of Defense has updated the E-Points system in the «Army of Drones» project and expanded it to new areas. Now, points will be awarded not only for work with drones, but also for verified results of snipers, mobile fire groups, and army aviation.
The Ministry of Defense has updated the E-Points system in the «Army of Drones» project and expanded it to new areas. Now, points will be awarded not only for work with drones, but also for verified results of snipers, mobile fire groups, and army aviation.
The Defense Ministry said in a statement that the E-Points system has received several new areas of accrual. From now on, it covers the results of sniper systems, the air defense segment, in particular mobile fire groups, as well as army aviation. Separately, the department has introduced a points multiplier for new ways of using unmanned systems to more quickly identify effective tactics and scale them up in the army.
Mikhail Fedorov stated that E-Points have already changed the approach to warfare, as they give units a direct motivation to work for results. The logic of the system is that more confirmed hits or other completed tasks mean more points, which can then be converted into the necessary technologies and equipment.
Previously, E-Balls were primarily associated with recording drone performance. Later, the system was expanded to include reconnaissance and ground-based robotic missions. Now, the Defense Department is taking this model a step further and is actually transforming it into a broader reward mechanism for various types of combat effectiveness, as long as they can be verified.
Separately, the department recalled that after the launch of Brave1 Market, units were able to exchange accumulated points not only for drones, but also for NRCs and electronic warfare equipment. The total amount of orders through this system has already exceeded UAH 20 billion.
This update shows that the Ministry of Defense wants to build a model in which units receive resources not for formal status, but for proven results. While E-Balls were previously a tool mainly for drone units, the system is now being extended to other elements of modern warfare, where effectiveness can be calculated, verified, and quickly reinforced with new means.
