The Ministry of Digital Affairs announced the country's "digital dashboard" to display data from registries in real time

The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a resolution to create a system that will collect data from state registers and display it in the format of analytics and graphs. Initially, the tool will work for civil servants, and later they promise to open the public part to citizens.
According to the Ministry of Digital Affairs, the new system is intended to replace «piles of paper reports» and bring together disparate information from different sources into a single picture so that decisions are made based on facts, not assumptions. The department explains that previously, data was scattered across separate systems, making it difficult to quickly assess the state of affairs or see trends.
The platform will have two interfaces. The internal one, for civil servants, will collect and process information from registers in a mode close to real time. This should help to see the dynamics of indicators, assess the effectiveness of state policies and respond to problems more quickly, in particular in conditions of martial law. The second interface is designed for citizens: in the future, they promise to open dashboards with analytics in the form of understandable graphs so that people can monitor the results of the work of state bodies and the impact of decisions.
The launch is planned to be phased. The first phase will focus on the internal module to «establish a qualitative assessment» of policies and stabilize the data collection and processing processes. The public part will be opened to citizens after that.
The state has been expanding digital tools not only for services but also for governance in recent years. The idea of a «country dashboard» continues this approach: to collect data from registries in one place, standardize indicators, and make the results more transparent to society.
Previously, dev.ua wrote about how the Cabinet of Ministers supported a pilot project that should transfer the calculation of administrative fees from «manual» approaches to a unified methodology based on the real costs of the state when providing services.
The Ministry of Finance launched a dashboard of officials' salaries. Now we know how much employees of the Ministry of Digital Economy and the State Space Agency earn.
