The Ministry of Defense announced steps to improve the quality of mobilization

• Improving data exchange between the "Oberig" system, the databases of the National Police and the State Border Guard Service for instant verification of a person's status at checkpoints and checkpoints.
• Ensuring the full functioning of the electronic account in "Reserve+" for updating contact details and place of residence without a personal visit to the CCC.
• Implementation of access for VLK doctors to digital medical records of patients in civilian healthcare facilities to assess health status and avoid errors when determining suitability.
• Transition from mass notification to the principle of professional compliance. The CCC and the SP should prioritize the involvement of specialists of specific profiles (drivers, signalers, medics, IT specialists) in accordance with the current needs of the Defense Forces units.
• Through the integration of registers, ensure that information about the civilian profession, education, and real health status of a conscript is reflected in the "Oberig" system for effective resource planning.
• Developing a clear mechanism for interaction between the CCC and the Joint Forces, the National Police, and military command bodies.

"This is necessary to implement a system of targeted notification of military conscripts, which will increase the effectiveness of mobilization measures and reduce social tension," the Ministry of Defense concluded.
