The court established that on November 17 at 16:40 the man was detained by border guards. He tried to swim across the Dniester River.
In a written explanation, the man admitted his guilt.
Therefore, the court imposed a fine of UAH 3,400 on the programmer. Also, the man must pay a court fee of UAH 605.6 to the budget.
The resolution can be appealed to the Vinnytsia Court of Appeal through the Mogilev-Podilskyi City District Court within 10 (ten) days from the date of its issuance.
